checkout + payments
online payment is accepted through your choice of either credit card or checking account with Paypal checkout, or direct credit card checkout with Stripe. The highest attention to the security of your personal information is provided by these two companies; you do not need an account to use either checkout method.

returning customers may request alternate methods of payment/checkout, but approval is not guaranteed. orders shipped to massachusetts customers are subject to 6.25% state sales tax.

shipping + handling
shipments within the US are via USPS priority mail unless other arrangements are made.
the exception to this is print-only orders, which ship first class mail.
outside the US, shipping is standard air mail unless upgraded shipping is requested, in which case additional charges apply.

shipping costs are calculated by weight and can be previewed by adding items to your shopping cart. shipping overages will be refunded where appropriate.

migration goods cannot be responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit once they have left our hands. if you are concerned about the possibility of loss or damage by the shipper, please consider adding insurance to your package.

returns + exchanges
please note the handmade nature of our goods, and shop carefully. we use care in describing and photographing our products so that you know what you are getting. please read product descriptions carefully, and use the contact form if you have questions.

we want you to be happy with your purchase. if you receive your order and truly feel that it is not the product you thought you were purchasing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. for most items, you may return your item (in original, saleable condition) for a full refund, minus shipping costs AS LONG AS you have secured prior return authorization. customers receiving free shipping who want to return an item may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee.
